Let's do this! I am in this to get into the shape of my life. I feel like I have the means and the knowledge to finally get it done. I'm in a skinny fat shape and doing Beachbody T25 to start out. It's rough but if you're not sweating you're not working. Good luck! :)

btw: Be free to add me if you're doing T25 as well. Can compare results. :smile: I'm on week 2 right now - workouts are really hard for me but I am modying way less than in the first week.

In general they recommend 1600cals for males and 1200cals for females but do state that these numbers are based on people who have never worked out before. Doing this workout right now and I'm on week 2! Will provide more info when I am done with each phase.
