I suspect you are meant to consume less. But I doubt anybody knows how much less.

Sorry but that didnt answer my question. I was asking about whether the protein and calorie amount should be adjusted if fewer hours are being spent exercising and fewer muscles being worked. I wasn't asking about a leg routine, or how many grams of protein is recommended for muscle growth.
