Starting weight was 301 in March of 2018. The other pic was taken in November of 2018 and I was 241. Currently sitting at 250 because you know... lack of discipline. Goal weight is 150-160. Finally back at it after a couple month break. This is my year. I will lose 80 lbs this year.

Your metabolism will slow down if you don’t consume enough. I know this because it’s what I’ve done to myself. I think it’s okay to temporarily eat this way if you’re significantly (like..80 lbs or more) overweight.

This is 60 lbs. From 301 to 241. I’d like to lose another 60-80 more.
