Good morning all! The past 5 days I have been meticulously measuring and counting every calorie. I cut out carbs that are not vegetable or beans. I gained 10 pounds in 6 weeks. I was eating only around 1200 - 1500 calories per day but since I was gaining weight, I thought my body was holding on to every once of food so I increased my calories to 2000.
