Not a fan. Although to be fair, I on principle won't do any program that's led by a person who fails a certification crosscheck, which it seems everybody on the Net is guilty of. But there are some people who swear by it, so if it looks good to you, I'd try it.

Discouraged? Absolutely. Couldn't find strength training to meet my needs and in pretty bad of putting weight on. Been losing this week instead.

None, unfortunately. Can't find a structured plan led by a certified trainer (I refuse to compromise on whether trainers are certified because I believe I should not have to), and the know-how to put a plan together is not there.

How many times? If we're talking with MFP, just once. If we're talking overall between other sites and programs, eight or nine...or maybe more. I've lost count.

How do you do? It sounds like maybe you could use an accountability buddy to help you get on track. I can help you with that if you'd like. I've known a good number of people who smoked; it's a really hard habit to break because there are many reasons why people smoke. But it can be done if it's a habit you want to kick…
