I use the "lose it" app and 95% of chain restaurant food is on there. Local restaurants I try to eat very little and overestimate.

I too like the Jack links peppered one. I once tried O Boy Alberto... It will make you vomit.

Burn saturated fat and carbs. Replace them with protein and healthy fats.
