I’m a mom of two! 10 and 7 and really struggle with mom guilt. It’s hard for me to find the time to exercise because either I’ve gotta cut out an hour and half of sleep or miss time in the evening. Anyone else struggle with the mom guilt?!

I think this is the perfect point! I am currently overweight and not healthy. My eating isn’t on point and I’m not currently working out regularly.
