I started lifting in May of this year. I started off using 5 lb weights and now do 15's mostly, and 17.5 on the last rep. When I started bench pressing May 20th I could do 10 lbs, and thought I would die. Within 7 weeks I'm up to 70 lb max and have remained here for quite some time. We all progress at different times.
