So far the Apple Watch 3 has been great at the gym doing weights and cardio , I’m sure it’s not spot on but it gives you a good idea how much your burning .. I can’t wait for the update and the watch 4 😜

Well I try to do it twice so Thursday I start again , this is just what I made up far from professional ,I’m just looking to get a little bigger and a little more cut so I’m looking for some solid suggestions.

I def. need to increase calories, my program is pretty standard back/bicep Monday chest/tri Tuesday shoulder /leg Thursday . Cardio everyday and abs every other ...4 sets of 10 for each muscle. I may have to tweak this though ... suggestions appreciated Thanks all

I just max on the dumbbells and go light on the bar

I like to do every muscle twice a week right now,I don’t think you can hit each muscle enough doing a full body .
