@suzfoley Thanks! I'm a sweet breakfast kind of gal myself, love a good jam on top of peanut butter. That's why I'm trying to protein up my pb! Since starting this thread, I've been putting a little chocolate protein powder into my peanut butter and it's been really doing the job. Plus tastes yummy!

I'm 5'2" and the app is set at 1200. I just recently lowered it because I thought I could be challenged a little more and lose a little faster. I didn't feel like I was making any progress on the higher amount, and since I've switched I have been pretty good with keeping things balanced.

I take 10mg antihistamines every summer and haven't noticed any side effects. I would think that because you're aware it could happen, you will curb the behavior before it starts if you're feeling any extra hunger.

@piexcore Thanks for the suggestions! I'd be willing to try pb + protein powder. Didn't even know there was fat-free peanut butter but that does sound horrible :o

This is my first accountability post! I was afraid to calculate my BMI because 1) I'd never done it before and 2) was afraid of what number I might get. It wasn't as horrible as I thought but just reinforces that I have work to do. Highest weight: 145lb Current weight: 139.6lb Goal weight: 120lb BMI Feb 24: 25.5% It's…

This week I got a bunch of radishes in my market share haul and didn't know what to do with them all. After searching online a bunch, this one worked well and tastes yummy! - Wash and peel radishes - Boil on the stove submerged in water until tender (depends on the size of the radishes, maybe 10-20 minutes) - Heat butter…
