  • Yup! Which for me is my belly and love handles. Which is what my winter cut is for. I'll reach maintenance calories in 2 weeks and keep going up. Hopefully next year will turn out better after weightlifting at a surplus this late summer/fall. Thanks for the advice on increasing weight on the barbell as well!
