8/1 Tracking- yes Calories- yes Exercise- yes. Was tired this evening, but made myself walk on the treadmill for 30 min to close my exercise ring. I have a good streak going! Did feel a little better after. Just need to keep reminding myself that.

7/31 weigh in day Last week’s weight- 211.8 This week- 212.5 I knew it would be a little more today, but the cookout this weekend was worth it! Back on track again now. ☺️

Forgot to post yesterday. 7/26 Tracking- yes Calories- over Exercise- yes, 45 min on treadmill 7/27 Tracking- yes Calories- over ~ 350 over Exercise- yes, 45 min on treadmill Hmm, need to keep some fruit in the car for when I am out and about. Starbucks coffees have a few too many calories!

I have done the same thing, but find it can be a good reminder that if I choose healthier foods that I feel better. I did the same thing last weekend with a bag of m&m’s that happened to be staring me down. I quickly remembered that the short lived joy of indulging in them did not feel so good later when I had a stomach…

This week will be a bit tricky for posting the challenge daily, and my weight is my best guess from an older scale. I should be able to get back on track when I return home Thursday. Last week’s weight= 216.8 This week’s weight= 218 I have not been able to get my regular exercise in & have been eating more carbs. 😳
