@HASWLRS sorry team for disappearing, I had to go out of town due to family and have not been able to post. If I could pass for the month of April, I would like to make an effort to get back on track for May. I will do my best to supply 👍 and to cheer others on. Good AM! Sorry, I am late posting my weigh-in. Crazy week. Tuesday’s weight was 210.8. We are now waiting for the big snow storm to arrive. We are supposed to get 30 inches this weekend. Happy New Year!!!!

Weigh in- Last week 210 This week 212 Hasn’t been a good couple weeks. I have been sick the past week, between holiday eating, no exercise & no tracking, the numbers are going in the wrong direction. Hope to start perking back up & getting back in to the swing of things.

Well, my weigh-in today is up a bit more. Didn’t weigh myself until I got home today. Weight- 211.9 pounds. Tracking- yes Calories- over by ~ 300 (shouldn’t have stopped at Starbucks) Exercise- no (usually try to do the treadmill, but too tired today). I hope to start getting back in to a routine. Sorry, I have been away this week. I am guessing my weight rolled over, so will weigh in again Tuesday. Not sure how good it will be- eating on the road & not exercising regularly might not add up to the results I want! 😒
