Mini challenge 9/5 & 9/6 9/5 Tracking- yes Calories- yes Exercise- yes 9/6 Tracking- yes Calories- no. Already at my limit, but know I will be having some refreshing beverages with friends after work! Exercise- probably not. It will most likely be late by the time I get back.

Weigh in for 9/4 211.6. I believe I have gained less than a pound, but was happy it wasn’t more after such a busy weekend! We had a lot of family stay at the house- cooking out, refreshing beverages, etc.!

8/7 Tracking- yes Calories- no, 185 over. Exercise- yes, treadmill & lots of running around today. Should have just gone a little more on the treadmill, but didn’t track dinner until I was done. 😣

Last week- I think it was 212 Today- 213 I knew today wouldn’t be good after this past weekend. I’ll have to make it look a lot better next week! 😊

8/6 Tracking- yes Calories- no Exercise- yes, but only 30 min on treadmill. Should have walked a little more & would have been under on calories.

8/4 & 8/5 Was away for the weekend, so did not track either day. I am sure I must have been over in calories since we were at a lake, making mojitos, and cooking out. I did get plenty of exercise the two days, swimming, walking, paddle board etc. Back to work & the usual routine tomorrow!

Exercise ring, as in fitbit? It is on the Apple Watch. There are three rings- move, exercise & stand. You have to actively just move throughout the day, but the exercise doesn’t actually register unless you walk briskly & get your heart rate up. The exercise is currently set at 30 min daily, but I will increase the goal…
