  • Thanks a lot! I am preparing for the surgery on monday... i hope everything goes as planned. Greetings to everybody
  • Had an amazing first date on a christmas market here in germany - spiced-whine, crepe, ferris wheel... and with the right person the 3.5h of travelling went quick as a hell.
  • @benn_16 you can do it. It's worth the effort. Just keep it up from one day to the other. If you need any help contact me. @all thanks a lot for the feedback 😊👍
  • Little update. I got the message, that my insurance will pay the last surgery last year and now I am preparing for it on January 21. After the thighs are done I will be finished with the losing-weight journey and will continue with gaining some muscles and playing a bit with the fat percentage. Greetings to everyone who is…
  • It could be the thing mentioned by the posters above. But it could be correct, if you chose a high activity level and your tracker says "he's below that". Do you have your age, weight and height (and how much set for loosing each week) for me?
  • Well if i understand it theright way: There is no "typical weight of a meal". It depends more on the calories. I.e. when i have a really bad day ill make myself a vegetable stew - 3000g have about 500cal. It depends on the calorie-density fo the meal. When you have a dish like the curry you mentioned you can always try to…
  • Well of cause your job burns calories. But you have to remember, that you got fat even though you moved that much. Conclusion is, that you were still above your calorie burn. To loose 1kg of fat you have to be about 7000kCal below your burn. I.e. if you ate 3000kCal before loosing weight and only burn 2800kCal during a day…
  • I will go to a chinese buffet today. In general chinese buffets are the most easiest ones for me. Normally there are a lot of options without fried things. I don't take rice or fried things and just go for the "vegetables wokked with chicken". Seafood is great for that too. If the buffet has a mongolian station (you can…
  • Check your doc, but i lost a lot of weight too and have the same phenomenon. My resting HR is in 40s and the lowest min-rate went down to 28 for some mins. I got my heart checked but turned out it's just perfectly fit. But i have to mention in before every surgery so the anesthesist doesnt freak out xD... My theory is,…
  • Well thats.... *censored*. As someone who was waaaay over your weight i can tell you: you have a ton of muscles. Else your body would not be able to stand, sit or do even one step. As it seems for me you just want to hear "oooh if you dont loose at 1400kCal it's not possible to loose weight. Just keep it that way". But you…
  • Well, if you have BED you should think for yourself, what it is giving you. And you have to find other ways to reach those goals. For me "Brain over binge" was a very good book (even though i don't share every oppinion with it). Maybe it can be helpful for you. Besides that i would try to do the 1800kCal and adding some…
  • Well it doesn't matter if you are the artistic or the active type. But going for a walk a good thing to do. If you continue/start to loose more weight you even have to do something for your muscles or you will get problems with muscle degeneration. It's 90% food to loose weigth, but especially for high amounts to loose its…
  • Well concerning your diary you seem to eat low volume and high calorie food a lot. Even the measurement of cups is weak point concerning accuracy of logging. If you combine this with a "regular but not to often" binge it may kill your deficit. In my oppinion you should get rid of the fast food and the high-calorie food…
  • Do you binge?
  • Depending on how low you want to go with your weight you won't get 100% rid of it. But there are some things you can do. First of all - do sports. Everything that gets the blood running is good for you. Second thing is to moisture your skin regularly by massaging the cream in. A good part of your skin will tighten up when…
  • Can't get this one out of my head right now (even though it's not my general type of music): Dynoro & Gigi d'Agostino - In my mind https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W9P_qUnMaFg
  • Well this are the areas with really large and strong muscles - and they need nutrition if you used them. Besides eating more (if it fits your plan) you could try to eat more volume - this tricks the head. For about 500kCal you could make about 3kg of vegetable Stew and eat a bowl if you feel hungry.
  • @NicholasC25 When i started to lose weight i wasn't able to do anything which would be called "sports" at all. I started with "climbing" one or two extra stairs. I still lost weight pretty fast. As the others already said - it would be good to get a dietician, but summed up it's: Eat less than you are burning. To make it…
  • Do you have anything like a fitness-watch or step-counter? On the one hand 375cal look low, on the other hand i remember from myself, that i was walking very slow with that amount of weight (and even a lot more). With losing kilos i raised my walking speed (and distance of cause). I mention it, because your first posts…
  • Well eggs and nuts do have a lot of fat. It should be no problem if you use products like low-fat meat, low-fat cheese (in germany we got "Handkäse" - 100g have 30g Protein, 121kcal, 0.5g fat), cottage cheese, beans, skyr, proteinshakes and so on. You could even use only the white part of the egg, because the fat is within…
  • If you want to stop just do it. But that will lead back to gaining weight - do you think that will make you feel better? Patience is the key. You can't be sure you even lost more than 5lbs fat - there could be water involved etc. In addition to that 1200 is not that low concerning your height (or am i wrong - 5'3 should be…
  • I would ask a doc, i don't think this has to to with IF
  • Congrats! I am a bit jealous about your beautiful scars - mine don't look that good, even its a year today. (ok i got trouble with healing, which made them a lot bigger than they were supposed to be).
  • For me you look perfect. It definitely suits you! (Great tattoos btw)
  • *getting wine from my cellar and rushing to you* ;-) thanks everybody!
  • Thank you @all @Udail51 If you got an health insurance you can ask if the do something like that too. In germany it depends if it's "medical neccessary" because it's equivalent to an illness. In my case i.e. the thighs are a risk for wounds, because they rub against each other and stop me from doing some kind of movements.…
  • Well done everyone Queen forever
