  • In my oppinion it's a personal thing - i dropped my 320+ pounds in about 1,75 years. If you come from such a high weight there always will be saggy skin - no matter how slow you loose it.   • I think it depends on a lot of things - if you feel dizzy go to a doctor and also check your blood pressure. I myself got a HR from 40-60 with lows at about 30 without any symptoms.
