Hi! I'm a little over 5'7" and am 169 - 37 years old. Ive been exercising 3-4x a week for 8 months now and ALWAYS gain back what I lose. The lowest I've gone in these 8 months is to 159. I look better, more toned and clothes fit better but just frustrated that I can't make the scale go down.
