Could this concept be leaning towards a Ketogenic diet? From what I have learned about Keto is that it consists of low carbs, high fat and moderate protein. Obviously the quote is not precise but.....this may not restrict calories but may put you in ketosis which in return burns fat. I may be wrong but thats what it sounds…
