  • Just started “again”. I’ve never used the community. Please add me as a “friend”. I need support and encouragement and to learn from others. I’m struggling making time for exercise and switching from carbs to protein. Luckily, I do not have a sweet tooth! Need to loose 50 lbs but in a sustainable amount of time.
