Thanks for your honest response, I do understand how much work plan is and I know it's complicated but I can't be left to do things myself as it just doesn't happen. I need to be told what to do and when which is why I like the idea of doing it! You certainly have given me something to think about with your advice though…

I'm sure you are right but I'm just trying to find an answer to a question and as I haven't not been able to find a reasonable answer through google search I'm sure there must be 1 or 2 people here who have done it.
