  • Brussel Sprouts. A bit of olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic (optional). In for 10 minutes at 350, toss, then 5-7 more minutes. They get crispy on the outside and perfectly cooked on the inside. And I thought I hated brussel sprouts but a coworker convinced me to try it this way and I'll never go back!
