People tend to overeat these foods because they are not satisfying thus over eating consuming too many calories

I left last week even though I had 3 weeks left on my term I couldn’t take all the talk about their products in their meetings full of chemicals and people buying them and wondering why they were not losing weight. I was undereating by 300 calories and my weight loss was only 1/4 lb

I did both for a bit, now I do mfp , just like the other people here posted I was eating around 900 calories for 23 points and I was losing very slow.

I am too leaving WW when my subscription runs out in 2 weeks i have been tracking with mfp and I I splurge upto 500 cal extra and I am still losing weight faster than just counting points on freestyle

I hated the Fitbit charge it overestimated my steps and calorie burn and it only lasted 6 months. I love my Apple Watch it is accurate in my exercise time distance and steps, plus it has more features

I have been eating plant based for thr last 6 mts I lost weight but my gastritis started acting up and I had to cut down on the legumes and some vegetables/fruits

I just left Ww freestyle for mfp. A lot of people in my class are not losing weight or very slow 1/4 lb a week. I was undereating 950 cal a day for 23 points, some people are overindulge on zero points food imo mfp is better I do better eating balanced meals and watching my portions.

I see this in my friends on Weight Watchers over consuming zero point foods and not losing weight or buying their package foods which is lower in nutrition and high in additives which make you hungry afterwards ,mfp showed me how to eat balanced meals in my calorie budget.
