She had an abysmal short term memory. We spent half of our dates searching for her keys, her wallet, her lipstick, etc.

Terribly financially insecure. I had no interest in being a Sugar Mama.

She was short with me all the time. I couldn't take the sniping anymore.

She was far too fabulous for me. I felt like I could never keep up.

I don't cut anything out, because I am more likely to crave. I have learned to really enjoy a reasonable (and measured) portion of foods that I consider indulgences. I have found that a good, healthy portion can be just as satisfying.

When I first decided to re-focus on fitness, I joined a gym. Knowing I was paying for something helped me to maintain motivation - every workout made the per-workout cost less. Now that I am in a place where I have access to a free gym, I lost that $$ motivation. So, I found a friend who was committed to working out first…

These are almost embarrassing, but when I am running, if one of these three come on in my play list, I find that I can truly run faster and lighter - the beat really matches my pace: "Stitches" by Shawn Mendes "Good Feeling" by Flo Rida "Suicide Blonde" by INXS

If you want to avoid the chemicals in creamer, this site has some good options, using condensed milk as a base. http://www.mrshappyhomemaker.com/homemade-coffee-creamer-over-20-flavor-varieties/ I have learned to really enjoy my coffee black (with some stevia), because I realized how many of my calories could get sucked up…

I went rogue and picked Kansas for the win. Currently in second place in my office pool. Picking Buffalo edged me up over several of my colleagues.
