8/1 2 x 15 sec plank.....I have no idea how i am going to be able to do the 20 sec planks for today... 8/2 1 x 15 + 1 x 20 sec plank... 8/3 2 x 20+ 2 x 15 sec plank... Total: 2:00 so far way behind after missing the weekend. I will try to double up some to get caught up.
