Last weigh in for April Sw 8th March 21-220lbs 02/04/21 209.8 09/04/21 208.4 16/04/21 206.6 23/04/21 206.2 30/04/21 203.4 Much happier with this week's result, my aim this month was to get to 200lbs but I think I might have been a bit optimistic there but I'm not far from onederland now so that's definitely something to…

@jazzadesigns I had the Astra zeneca and was ill for 2 days after the first dose, never experienced pain like that before and dreading the 2nd dose now

How is everyone feeling this week as we edge closer to weigh in day? As you know I weigh myself every other day but my official weigh in day is a Friday. This week I feel like I'm doing better, I'm trying to eat more of my calories, I'm walking and strength training as well as getting on my exercise bike, I like to…

@Spotteddingo Fantastic I love that feeling of slipping into clothes that didn't fit before, I don't think I'm that far away from getting into some of my smaller clothes. It's such a boost though and proves the hard work is paying off, well done.

Sending a friend request, I'm a mum of 4 and I sometimes think being busy and focusing on everyone but myself helped me to gain the weight, instead of stopping to eat properly I would just grab junk food. Now I'm making time for myself and trying to lose weight and get healthy so I feel confident again

Hi Feel free to add me, I'm 40 years old and have 50-60 lbs to lose. I'm in Scotland UK
-
Hi, I have between 50 & 60lbs to lose feel free to add me.
-
Feel free to add me, I too am back here again after losing the weight then gaining it back plus more during lockdown. I've come to the realisation that this is a lifestyle change, I won't deprive myself of the food I like because in my eyes that's setting myself up for failure, the more you deprive yourself the more you'll…

@misplacedmama I agree that one of the most important things to learn when losing weight is about your own body and what works for you. What's sustainable for one person may not be for you just like your plan may not work for someone else. Working out your relationship with food and learning why losing weight hasn't worked…

02/04/21 209.8 09/04/21 208.4 16/04/21 206.6 23/04/21 206.2 So this week I discovered that my net calories were far too low and the last couple of days I've been making sure to eat back more exercise calories. Since yesterday's weigh in I've lost another pound so I'm sure next week's loss will be much better. My body was…
-
@trinati2001 the net calories are what you've eaten minus the exercise calories really your net calories shouldn't be lower than 1200 but I was eating under my calories and not eating back exercise calories so my net calories are too low and my weight loss has slowed. MFP is set so you're supposed to eat back exercise…

02/04/21 209.8 09/04/21 208.4 16/04/21 206.6 23/04/21 206.2 So this week's loss hasn't been great but given that I've just discovered my net calories are far too low I'm surprised I've lost anything. I honestly expected to be closer to 200lbs by now but at least I know why I'm not making the progress I expected and I'm…

So the past couple of days I've been exhausted, after dinner I've been struggling with tiredness, at first I put it down to adding in more exercise but this morning I checked my calories for the week and my average net calories were 850, obviously nowhere near enough. Now I know why I'm tired, I'm not eating enough…

@kitkat7818 Best advice I could give is log everything you eat and try and drink at least 2 litres of water. I found that by logging everything I could see what changes I needed to make which has really helped me to eat better and make better food choices.

How is everyone doing? I managed to walk just over 8km yesterday, normally I do 5 each day so I'm pleased with my progress. Also did a fair amount of squats with my dumbells cause this arm flab is bothering me more than the belly flab at the moment. My thighs are looking much better though I'm definitely seeing a…

@nevergiveup812mfp That's exactly the reason I'm here, lost the weight 2 years ago put some back on then during the last year put the rest plus more on. So back to start again, my starting weight was 220lbs on the 8th of March this year, that's the heaviest I've ever been, looking to lose between 60 and 70lbs to get me to…

@WandaMcAlary1 sending hugs, try not to lose motivation, if you've lost inches take it as a non scale victory, you could also be retaining water as your body repairs all the muscles you're using in your exercises and might just suddenly get a whoosh and a good loss. Make sure you're eating enough and not underestimating…

Tried a HIIT exercise video this morning, my god I thought I was going to die, I didn't think I was that unfit, only managed to do half of it but I'm determined so I'm going to try again tomorrow. Also got the weights out and spent some time working on my arms in the hope of toning up the bingo wings. I'm trying to keep…

How is everyone? I'm looking forward to Monday for the first time in a long time, tomorrow is the first step towards normality for me, my kids go back to school full time for the first time since December and I will actually have some free time so will be able to add in some more exercise. I might actually be able to get…

Happy Friday, so this is how my week has been, I've been on the exercise bike 5 days and I've also started doing some exercise with my dumbells to try and tone up and build muscle. I've been logging everything daily and I'm drinking between 2&3 litres of water every day. Starting weight 08/03/21 220lbs 02/04/21 209.8…

Starting weight 220lbs (08.03.21) April 9th 208.4 April 16th 206.6 Really pleased with this week's results, have started strength exercise to try and tone up my flabby arms, have also been drinking more at least 2 litres but some days I'm managing 3. Next week I'll be adding in more walking and more strength exercises as…
-
@ladychr0nic we both started at very similar weights and my first target is to see a one as my first number. I was hoping it would be by the end of this month but I may have been a bit too optimistic about how much weight I could drop in a month, things are moving in the right direction though and I know it won't be long…
-
Tomorrow's my official weigh in day but I do weigh myself every other day and I must say I'm pleased with this week's progress. I was convinced the scale wouldn't move this week and I have had a couple of weeks where I've felt my loss definitely didn't reflect my effort but will update with my results tomorrow just incase…
-
@rmh2021 yes you just share here how you're doing and update your weight. I definitely find that logging food and exercise makes such a difference, when I lost the weight before I stupidly believed I could maintain without logging but I was wrong and gained the weight back plus more. I think for me logging food and…
-
@rmh2021 well done for working out, it will get easier as time goes on. I always found exercise a chore but now I actually can't wait to get out for a walk or get on the exercise bike and I've been surprised at how quickly it's become easier and how I can push myself to go that bit faster. Baby steps is the best way, Rome…
-
Totally thinking of this as a whole lifestyle transformation, educating myself on how to eat and exercise but also trying to believe in myself. You see I wasn't always fat, but I believed I was and my dad always told me I was fat so obviously you believe that but in reality I didn't get fat until after the birth of my 4th…

Feel free to add me, I'm 40 and looking to lose 60lbs, I log daily and my diary is open.
-
Feel free to add me, my diary is open and I try to mix things up with meals, I also like my chocolate and make sure I have some each day but I'm now on the low calorie sweets and no longer craving the regular stuff.
