First of all, your partner does not deserve you, you are a survivor, you are strong and you don’t need someone like that bringing you down. I would say it’s time for a fresh start, get rid of your partner and go and do fun things with your friends and people who value the time you spend with them.

I find if you cut the calories by too much you end up falling off the wagon, I have mine set to lose 1lb a week and I’m losing weight and sometimes not managing to eat all the calories because I’m full, I’d be hangry if I restricted myself too much.

I eat lots of small meals and snacks throughout the day but also include chocolate each day because if I try and cut it out I crave it then binge. The small meals help to keep me feeling full and stop me reaching for all the foods that helped me put the weight on in the first place.

Hi, Started at 204 currently 197 started logging food about 3 weeks ago and know I have a long way to go. I’m 5’’3 and a mum of 4 kids aged between 6 and 15. Well done! Mini goals are the way to go and even though I’m just at the beginning of my weight loss journey I’m giving myself mini goals as I think if I concentrated on the overall amount I want to lose I would get disheartened really quickly.
