I'm on 1800 calories a day, I log everything, and don't weight myself too often. I sometimes don't lose weight for 3 or 4 weeks then lose about 5 pounds. This used to annoy me so much because when I went to Weight Watchers, the leader used to have a go at me every time for putting on weight. At its worst, I could gain 5 pounds. Just have to plan for it and keep a good record. Good Luck with it and don't give up.

I've also got over100 lbs to lose and only joined just over a week today. Always try to stay positive when partner buys the wrong food. Would welcome another friend.
