  • Intermittent fasting is what worked for me and constantly being hungry. It’s not for everyone and takes a few weeks to adjust to, but you should look it up and consider giving it a go.

  • Anyone feel free to add me. I try to comment and be supportive. I started in the beginning of March, have lost 9 pounds and have 9 more to go. I’m hoping to get there by mid-end of June. A main concern of mine is not losing muscle as I have little to spare (◠‿◠✿)
  • I’ve lost 8 and have 10 left. I can see a difference, but people around me don’t seem to. Plateaued this whole last month even though I’ve been strict the last two weeks with my deficit. Feel free to add me!
