  • Good Morning! Just seeing this. I started at 315 on 1/12/18. I'm totally in. currently 306 and going in "baby steps" first goal is to drop below 300 lbs. Then 250, then below 200 and finally between 135-150 lbs as I'm only 5 ft 4inches.
