Are you using a food scale to track your intake? And also it's best to weigh oneself first thing in the morning after using the restroom if you eat something your weight will take into account the food in your system.

I think you should let your body heal, and maybe starting out slow instead of doing a set once you feel better starting out with 3, and then 5, and then 10.

You're at a normal weight, but you're really close to being underweight. Do not attempt to lose any weight. I would recommend you eat at maintenance and pick up a progressive lifting program. You can also gain some weight if you want, but still pick up a progressive lifting program. Either or is okay good luck on Choosing!

Weight loss is not linear congrats on the weight you've already lost and keep working hard. Make sure you also use a food scale.

Yeah definitely should take a pregnancy test. I did some information about the std you had it seems like it's treatable. I'd recommend seeing a specialist in regards to your pain and cramping maybe an OBGYN, or just a ladies doctor in general.

It's only the first of the month and losing one pound is great relax and enjoy the small victory.

I'd reccomend seeing a dermatologist and seeing a doctor about this maybe something corrective can happen to reduce the size of the scar.

I think some people who use this may want to be motivated by fear and the possibly of having an embarrassing leak, and having to take extra clothes wherever they go.

You will starve :/ I sometimes have a smoothie for breakfast or even lunch, but I always have a big dinner just to keep myself from not being hungry and possibly binging.
