I was able to do it before all one needs is a deficit to lose weight. Eat less calories then you burn. Working out just gives you a more sleek look and helps one look better naked. Good luck!

Lesscookies12 Previous week weight- 138.9 Current weight- 134.7 Weigh in day- Saturday week 3 I'm so excited my weight has been increasing so much over the past few weeks. I'm finally glad it stabilized and it's my lowest number yet. Yay!! I hope it stays more consistent but weight loss isn't linear.

I agree with the others about the examine website. I don't log anything so I don't log my vitamins they're usually like 15 calories really not much. Do you work out every day?

Don't count it it's normal physical movement good luck!! We are the same height and I started higher than you when I first started losing weight. Now I'm down 50 pounds.

I don't log at all because I don't calorie count. I've lost 51 pounds so far just eating what I enjoy and reducing my portion sizes.

I live at home and I'm around tempting snacks at home and also at work. What I do is only eat a little bit of it and have it fit into my calorie goal. I like to practice self control if it won't fit I just don't eat it. You're binging that's a problem seek a specialist to get help with it.

I'm thinking your form may not have been good while doing a deep squat. Stop the routine and go to a specialist and see if they can do an x ray stay away from it for a while.

Yeah It's better you change your goal to lose 0.5 pounds a week and just being happy with how much you lose by that time. Also ensure you're incorporating some strength training into your workout if you haven't started I'd recommend you do so. Good luck!!

What's your current height and weight? how many calories are you eating? Are you using a food scale to measure your intake? Something tells me you're just eating more checked your weight and realized you've gained weight.
