Anyone have any suggestions on what the amount of calories i should be eating based on my weight, if I’m trying to lose? I’m working out 5days/week (weight training and cardio)

What did MFP tell you? Do that.5

Did you put your stats in to MFP? You will get a calorie target for your goals based on your stats.... That's the point2

You're on this app/ site for a reason use the information provided by MFP and since you're working out so much eat back at least half of the calories you burn. Good luck!!2
