@sjb050 - This seems like a very aggressive goal it's usually recomended to lose about 0.5 a week pounds if one doesn't have that much to lose. I'm losing at that rate now.

Why do you measure at night? I would make more sense to measure yourself once a week to see if improvements occur. I can't imagine measuring myself every single morning and also at night.

I'm not really I started losing weight in 2015 in my early 20s now I'm in my mid 20s, and I'm still able to lose weight.

I don't weigh in during that time. I believe a challenges group exists may be a good idea to post this thread in that group, but maybe remove the time restriction and just say Monday in general. Good luck!!

I went to Dubai for 2 weeks, and I walked a ton, and I just decided to eat like I normally do, and I ended up maintaining my weight. I don't normally deal with weighing food or calorie counting, and more or less eyeball my food, and just eat smaller portions, but if you're walking a lot that helps.

It's all about portion control as long as it fits into your caloric intake you're going to be okay!! :smile: looks delicious btw. I'm into sweets I always have icecream and cookies, and candy, so this is coming from an expert.
