How much do you weigh now?

What's your current height and weight?

If you really want help the fact you're usually tracking your calories is a reason you're not losing more weight now. You also don't mention if you're using a food scale or not to track your intake. Maybe consider counseling to help yourself with your emotional eating. If you continue with not being honest about your…

Do you use a food scale to measure intake?
-
I don't log anything I haven't tried calorie counting before I've been pretty good at eyeballing my portions. I've lost almost 50 pounds now.
-
Someone brought up a good point about using a food scale are you using a food scale ??
-
Hi, congrats on your past weight loss. Sorry about your current medical issues. Are you using a food scale to measure food intake?
-
Yes enjoy your day off walking a lot still burns calories. I went to Dubai for almost 2 weeks and I walked a ton, and I ended up coming back to America and didn't gain any weight.
-
Yeah I think a dietician might be a good idea. My boyfriend is gluten free, dairy free, only organic, and non gmo. He eats at chipotle and lots of other things that fit into the criterias I mentioned.
-
First start using a food scale if you're not to track intake and second have patience.

What's your current height and weight?

Yeah most gyms will give you trials Maybe give one a call to see if they will accommodate you... but I think what you're asking for seems like it'll be longer than a day or a week possibly... some gym let people drop in and pay a fee that may be what you're looking for.

It looks like your missing some meals some days are you not tracking everything you eat? Sometimes you use quick add. You're missing lunch and dinner tracking a few times. This will definitely do you in with weight loss not tracking this. Also unless you weigh the chipotle depending on the person who serves it the portions…

That's normal weight loss is not linear fluctuations can occur. I sometimes find myself gaining and losing the same 3 pounds, and after 3 weeks I finally lose a pound, and I gain it back the next, and I lose 2 pounds. Id recommend you open your diary so we can double check your intake information if you can, and also use a…

He's right!! The numbers can be off as much as 20% weigh does tend to fluctuate but eating items with caloric intake that can be incorrect would play a factor as well.
-
You said you haven't lost weight in 2 months I'm thinking it's probably not the water. You diary doesn't show up in your profile can you set it to public?
-
What did you set your loss goal as? 0.5, 1 pound ? 2 pounds? How do you track drinks? Do you ever scan products? Do you ever not track what you're eating? Is your diary open? If not please open it so we can view it and give some advice.

I lost weight before by just eating less and not even stepping foot on a elliptical or the gym, so that sounds like something that could happen. You just need a deficit.
-
Congrats on your past weight loss!! Are you using a food scale to measure your intake? Also how long has it been since you last lost weight?
-
I'm thinking it may just be something that you have to not be able to be removed... feel free to Keep us updated if you want.
-
You're at a healthy weight I'd recommend changing your goal from losing 1 pound a week to 0.5 good luck!!
-
I've lost almost 50 pounds, and I haven't calorie counted at all, and I even go to restaurants :O I more or less use the scale as an indicator for how I did the day before keeps me accountable. I think if you feel stressed about calorie counting maybe do away with it see how you feel after a week, and decide if this is…
-
So you lost 4 pounds in 4 weeks (congrats!!) and you feel frustrated because you didn't lose anything in a week since (relax it's only been a week weight does fluctuate). I've gone up 3 pounds one week, and lost it all within the next 2 weeks before it's normal. Chill also I don't think you're really eating 800 calories…

Hi team!! I was going through the results for February and we were second place!! Whoot whoot!!
-
No you don't work out when in pain. What I do is I work out one day, and I use the next day as a rest day. If I do anything else it's just walking nothing involving much work.

It gives her a BMI of 19.3 which falls in the normal range. She is close to being at an underweight range though. Underweight is 111 for her. I think she can either maintain or gain weight if she wanted. I just wouldn't recommend losing weight.

I don't drink coffee at all.
-
Eat more!!

Sometimes it's difficult to determine caloric intake while tracking. However, if you eat something like grilled chicken veggies, or grilled salmon with veggies, or a salad that would be more healthy than something super oily. I also don't try to lose weight while traveling I maintain instead. Good luck!!

Are you trying to lose weight? If so All one needs is to eat at a deficit if your frozen fruits and vegetables allow you to stay in your caloric intake goal it's fine. I also buy frozen fruits and vegetables sometimes. I use the frozen fruits for smoothies :) I sometimes also eat ice cream and chocolate, and it's okay…
