5 days last week logging food and three days at Cross Fit! May be the end of challenge, but I’m still feeling like I’m just getting started. I went to a women’s retreat over the weekend and had no internet to log in, but I did get some serious spiritual nutrition and exercise in courage.

5 Days. Saturday and Sunday I was driving from San Diego to Idaho and did not even think about logging my food before I collapsed. The positive is I did make sure what I put in my mouth was someone nutritious. Tomorrow I will be back home and able to get back on track!

He is risen indeed! I logged in all 7 days. Being away from home has made my excercise less intense not having my weights, but I’m at least walking and using my resistance bands.

I guess being out of town I missed this. I logged all 7 days, although we were camping ang I got a stomach bug making it difficult to eat. One night I logged after midnight so I hope it still counts. Glad to know I’m not alone in the struggles.

Every day. ✅

7 days logged. I’ve been doing the intermittent fast and my biggest struggle is eating enough in 4 - 6 hours. However, I love only dealing with food twice and am surprised at how long it takes to feel hunger the next day. Thanks for planting the seed Chelsea!

This was the message it gave me.
