It was awesome! I don’t use a Peloton bike but I do use the App. I did 3 90 minute endurance classes. I was in my unfinished basement and wondered if I would go nuts looking at the walls but I really got into the workouts and tried to work on form.

40 min hiit elliptical, 45 min lift, 60 min spin. Thank God the gym is open, feels so good to lift again but I am super hungry from my lifts!

I would say give it time. Some of it is genetics and finally vary your exercises.

Good tip on the hose. I drink loads so I will probably go with a hydration day pack. I gotta try a bunch of different kinds of shoes on when things open up. Thank you.

I have cut back from 2000 to 1500-1600 cals. I still work out but I just can’t get into it and don’t burn as much as I was. I am losing weight but sadly, it is muscle. I am hungry, I woke up in the night and got some turkey jerky!

Cauliflower rice and chicken! I get the frozen, steamable cauliflower and always have cooked chicken on hand. I put a bit of Parmesan and salt and pepper on it.

The pain will go away after a week or two. You just have to get used to the seat. I teach spin classes so I ride a lot. I don’t use a seat pad or padded shorts. The only time I experience pain is if I ride a different kind of bike that I am not used to. Keep riding!

I am strictly and Under Armour girl because I think they last and 99.9% of the time they are squat proof (I have only had one pair that didn’t pass. I got to the outlet and save that way. I just bought my two first pairs of Athleta...oh my, they are so delux and lovely! They were about $100 each. UA averages $50 a pair.
