  • I started reverse dieting with my nutritionist about 6 mos ago. I started at 1760 and am now at 2000. It is fantastic. I am a little freakish about scale numbers so I choose not to weigh too often. My size has stayed the same but my composition has definitely improved and I have gotten a lot stronger.

  • I used to eat back some exercise calories but have just switched up to eating 1700 cal per day regardless of a heavy exercise day or a day off. Seems to be working for me.

  • Thanks everyone. Yes, my bike and phone talk to each other. I also use the icg app that comes with the bike/software. I am just, not varsity so using the one measure of power should be adequate.

  • Check out Athleta, they have many options that go from work to work out in a flash. They are made with technical fabric just in case you do break a sweat!
