Thanks Azdak, I read your reply on another over training post. I do have the chest strap, H 10? I think. I use it on my spin bike, I teach spin, only two classes per week. I think you are right on about the dehydration. Actually you are right on in your entire reply. Thanks

Thanks for your very thoughtful and thorough replies. I think this is going to take longer than anticipated. I look forward to the results of my lab work, hopefully tomorrow. It is so weird for me to not have an appetite, I love food. Anyway, more time is needed that’s for sure. Thank you.

Thanks so much for this post! I am wwwwaaayyy overstrained. I am on day two of rest. I have been going to the gym, eating , nap, lunch, nap, dinner, bed. This is no way to live. I hope to see some improvement soon. You confirmed my suspicion on my over training, thank you.

Thanks. I drank and drank water and Gatorade and then felt up to eating and I pretty much feel back to normal, we’ll see after the gym. Thanks for your reply. That was scary.

I had to get used to going in public (PTSD), it was tough at first but now my gym is like home. I have so many acquaintances there that don’t interfere w my workout. It is nice to see my people. I would really like to get a Pelaton on one hand but on the other, I know I wouldn’t use it, I’d rather go to the gym these days.…

Spin class was full so I did 80 min on the elliptical for 1000 cals

Riced cauliflower steamed out if the freeze sprayed w “I can’t believe it’s not butter”, salt and pepper and a shake of Parmesan along with frozen grilled and ready chicken strips.

I coached 2 1/2 hour spin classes and one full hour class...Lordy mercy, I will be more careful with my schedule and not do that again.

I have no idea but I experienced something similar. I was eating 1500 and now am at about 2000 and am maintaining. The only thing I can think of is that calories burned is not exact and that calories eaten isn’t exact either. Another thought I had was that I was in “starvation mode.” The difference for me eating 2000 is…

I had it from the flu. I was prescribed Motrin and carried on with my workouts. My sister got it, she called and ambulance due to the pain and was put on steroids. I guess we all react differently and have different pain thresholds. Feel better.

Since switching to evenings, I find that I can hit it harder! I attribute that to getting more sleep and having food in my system for fuel. I stayed up until 2200 last night. When I was getting up at 0330, I was always out by 2000!

Thanks! Tonight is my first run at evening classes! I feel silly getting so worked up over a time change but frankly, I feel so much better not getting up at 0330! Sorry I didn’t check the boards for a couple of days. I don’t get a cycle because I have hit menopause. I work out six days per week. I don’t think I have 1000 calories in erroneous logging, it is just a big buffer. I like my size and shape. I don’t want to gain weight but clearly, I need more food. It has taken a long…

I know thi may not be the best method but I generally use exercise calories to absorb whatever discrepancies there were in my logging. I don’t get a cycle anymore woohoo so it isn’t that. I will continue to increase my calories by a couple hundred.

First of all butt pain....it will go away. You are using different butt muscles that once they develop, the pain WILL subside. I found the creamer at Target.com the site can tell you precisely which locations have it, not all of them do. It was very hard to find. Maybe that will change w time.
