I need to do a lot better with incorporating the working out! I always tell myself I will start to workout after I lose 10 more lbs, then it becomes 10 more lbs or I never lose the 10 because working out is such a vital part of losing weight!

Just started the Keto diet and using MFP as one should as well. I have lost 200lbs but still have much more to lose. Looking for support and to be support for others! BTW I'm loving the Keto Diet!!!
