4 days, better than 0. Lots of stress but getting back into the groove. Worked out after taking almost 2 weeks off.

Logged all 7 days even tho my nutrition has been way off. Starting a cleanse tomorrow. It was going today but I completely forgot about a PTA meeting, so tomorrow it is. Also starting a new 90 day workout program today. Hopefully that helps! Question does anyone have their Fitbit linked to their MFP and it’s not syncing?…

I’ve logged everyday this week. The good,the bad and ugly. My sugar dragon was kicking bad this week and I let it take control. Thinking of starting a 3 day cleanse I have this week before Easter or save it for the week after. I’m almost thinking it will be easier when the kids will go back from spring break. My successes…

As of 14 hours ago I logged 10 days, including today will be 11. Honestly I struggle with emotional eating. I thought my exercise would be back on track this past week, but I got two days in till I aggravated an old injury by sleeping wrong. I had a chair dropped on my head today so taking it easy for the next day or two.

Thanks so much for the tips!! I love weights and hate cardio but I add it in of course! I prefer cardio weight training than straight cardio
