  • Ok. I’m in. Current weight is 162. Goal is 145. Seems daunting since I haven’t been below 150 in 6 years. 4 deaths since, major move and lost all sense of routine. Scale crept slowing and now at 46 seems even harder than when I said it was hard at 40. I was going to bootcamps regularly back then and prekids I was a runner.…
