I use the Headspace app, and it has meditations to do while walking, running, or cycling! Even the sitting still kind though, you’re not supposed to think about nothing. I do 4 upper-body weight exercises, and recently I finally learned how to do squats the right way (I hope?!), and I’m adding weight to those now. I’m going to try an anti-inflammatory diet — gradually. The hardest cuts will be sugar, gluten, processed carbs, red meat, and dairy. I plan to focus on eating more and more of the healthy food, until I crowd out the other stuff.

I got that one handled at least, I already meditate 10 minutes/day. :) The cardio, I will have to work my way up to. I was overdoing it and crashed hard, so I’m starting out again at 1 hour/week.
