What helps for me is to make sure I don't get super hungry. And ESPECIALLY don't go to the supermarket while hungry. I've found my willpower is not strong enough for that so I instead prevent myself from being in that situation. I'm in the same boat. My bf left me after 10 years together. I just want to be the best version of me I can be because I believe the best revenge is to live well. After moping around and wallowing in self pity I want to get my *kitten* together and lose some weight and feel great!
