I have read about eating more protein based foods to stop sugar cravings, I tried it and it works for me.

Try canned tuna, beetroot and cottage cheese mixed together. also get ham, chicken or cheese slices, spread a little light Philadelphia on them and lightly fill with chopped peppers, onions etc, anything or asparagus spears and roll them up like mini wraps and eat with cherry tomatoes
