I ve noticed a pattern. I can be very good for a while in keeping with my plan and then get very bored of the same foods and give up altogether. Does anyone have a tip for this apart from brain rewiring?

I've had such a difficult time kicking things off with weight loss, if things get slower I will probably end up putting on weight! The whole thing needs such patience and positivity!

@thadreamer I am also a bit unsure of how accurate the calorie counting is but some indication is better than no indication and it helps me understand what foods to avoid or how big the portion should be etc. I also found it difficult to keep going when I have had a bad day but now I just keep going and it is mostly of the…

Hello all, I 'd like to join you. In my fourties as well so everything is much more difficult! Starting weight (March 27) : 140 Target weight (June 1): 125 Height: 5'7 My plan is to increase my exercise (30 mins a day) and keep as close as possible to my calorue goal. I need to feel nice in a swimming suit this summer!

Same here. Eating too much in the evenings (when the kids go to bed), stress from work, keeping myself motivated. I seem to give up everytime I weigh myself and see no loss or not as much as I wanted/ expected.
