Hi, I started Keto 4 days ago and I struggle when it’s tome to eat because I don’t know what to eat. What is your typical breakfast, lunch and dinner in a day? Help!!!!!

I just started on Monday 3/5/18 and I’m down 6 lbs in just 4 days. I’m trying to figure out if what I’m eating is keto all the time but I’m struggling because there are so many contradictions on the macros online. I’m doing 25% protein, 5% carbs and 70% fat. Is that accurate? What do you typically eat? Help!!!!!
