Animal based calcium is acidic to the body and actually leaches calcium from the bones causing osteoporosis. Plant based calcium is absorbed by the body more easily and is alkaline in the body. Plus dairy is nasty and SCARY.

Cut out all animal products: meat, dairy, eggs, and cheese. No real nutritional value that you can’t get from plant foods and filled with bad fats, cholesterol, hormones, and antibiotics. Your cholesterol will drop fast!

Hey! I mostly do Bikram/ Hot yoga but occasionally practice at home. My favorite poses are full locustand camel. My least favorite is chair.
