Optimum nutrition gold standard whey is good quality, it’s light on the stomach and tastes great! Whey is fast acting protein while casein takes longer to release the protein.

You’ve pretty much got the main list there.. depending on if you’re watching your fats have egg white, pure protein. You don’t get a high volume of protein in green veg, things like kidney beans, lentils, chickpeas, chicken, beef (twice a week max if you want to be lean), nuts are quite good for natural fats.
