  • I’ve read to do about .8 to 1.5g per pound of lean body mass
  • I used this website If It Fits Your Macros as my starting basis. Macro Calculator I don't follow it to a T because I feel its kind of skewed but its a good ball park figure.
  • I usually snack on greek yogurt, almonds, and popcorn (occasionally).
  • Breakfast: I do 3 eggs with a serving of whatever meat we have at the moment (ham, bacon, kielbasa) and a slice of wheat toast Lunch: Usually a Sandwich or something under 500 cals. Dinner: Chicken and Brown rice. I'm pretty picky with vegetables but I'm slowly trying to incorporate them into dinner.
