I'm a bit of a noob when it comes to working out so i don't really know what strength train is hehe. I used to go to the gym 6 days a week last year and i got more toned but didn't lose any weight. I was mostly doing pilates and yoga groups though.

Thank you! Before i started this journey, i would have killed to have the body i have now. But now, i don't feel like my best but i don't want to risk my health while trying to reach my goal again.
